As I was walking slowly down the path of life
I met a man who loved me, though my world was filled with strife.
As he took my hand in his and we walked together
Little did I know know that it would last forever.
Every day that went passed, my love for him grew
And at that time neither of us knew
That the hand of providence had let this come to pass
And had been there watching over us to make sure it would last.
So as we walk the road each day, though times may seem tough,
